CNC system Weihong Lambda 4S is widely used on multi head cnc router, ATC CNC Router and 4 axis cnc routers. Full set system consist of these parts.

One piece lambda 4S controller 

One piece DB9M/F cable

One piece communication card PM serial

One set NC studio motion control software CD

One piece handwheel (optional as your request)

Lambda 4S controller is mounted in electronic cabinet to control the components; Communication card is inserted into PCI card slot of the computer; the NC studio software is installed in the computer operating system. If everything ok, motion software sends order to Lambda 4S controller via the PM communication card and controller control the axis motion via relevant components. But sometimes, when the first time to setup the control system, we will encounter problem that the NC studio motion control software can not been installed successfully in windows operating system. Please see picture below
 

What reason causes it happen? 

It is probably because your windows system is incompatible with the NC studio software. In windows, you cannot install a driver if its digital signature can’t be verified by windows. This means that all drivers and programs must be digitally signed (verified) in order to be installed and run on latest Windows Operating Systems. It is self-protection mechanism of windows operating system. Due to some reasons, the NC studio software cannot be verified by the latest operating system because its update always later than the operating systems’. So this problem happened. In this case, best solution is to use an older version system instead of the latest version. Our experience is that NC studio software V8 can run very well on windows 7 system 32 bit. 

If it is impossible for some users to change windows system, we can have a second alternative. That is to disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows. But please noted that this action is a security risk and you must disable it only if you are sure the driver software or program that you want to install and run is trusted and legal.

Operation guide:

Reboot the computer. Press 'F8' during restart. 

Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement from the boot menu.
