Sometimes, we may encounter CNC router fault that one of the axes is not working. The fault axis can be X-axis, Y-axis or Z-axis. Any one is possible. When it happens, what shall we do? Now matter you machine is wood cnc router, stone cnc router, Styrofoam working cnc router or auto tool changing cnc router, you can follow our guides here.   

1. The controller cable or connector got lossen, or controller problem. 

Troubleshooting: please disconnect the controller cable (connector) and connect it again. If problem is from controller, please replace the controller. 

2. The driver is broken.

Troubleshooting: please check the condition of driver. If confirm the reason is driver, then replace the driver. It is easy to check servo driver because there is error code. For stepping driver, you are suggested to exchange the wiring between two drivers to find out the error point.

3. The motor is broken.

Solution: please replace the motor. 

4. The guide block is broken.

Solution: please replace the guide block. 

5. The wiring between driver and motor is fault

Solution: please replace the wire. 

6. There is debris or other things on rack or guideway

Solution: please clean the debris. 

7. Driver parameter is wrong set up 

Solution: please set up the driver properly
