During our return visit to customers, we have found a lot of friends who did not use the cnc router correctly. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, here we would like to talk about the operation tips concerning proper use that we need pay attention to in the process of using cnc router. 1) Please refresh the water when it is over 40 degrees centigrade (for spindle water tank, please ignore the point if you using air cooling spindle); when the weather is cold, we should prevent the water tank from freezing and freeze the vacuum pump.

2) Please do not put any other objects on the worktable except the work piece.

3) Helmets and goggles must be worn.

4) Please keep it clean around the cnc router machine. Please don't pile up the mess.

5) Please start machining only after the spindle reach to rated RPM.

6) Please connect the cnc machine equipment properly with the earth.

7) Charged off with power is prohibited, otherwise it will cause serious consequences.

8) CNC Router can work continuously for up to 24 hours; if the continuous running time is more than 24 hours, it will shorten the service life of the electrical system and some mechanical devices, thus giving bad effect on the accuracy of the cnc machine.

9) Please switch off the main power switch of the cnc router machine before opening the electronic cabinet door. Only professional maintenance person is allowed to check and repair the machine with power on.

10) When the supply voltage exceeds the rated voltage +-10%, it is recommended to use a power stabilizer.

11) The cnc machine should be isolated with the external vibration source and avoid strong electromagnetic field around.

12) Please do not touch the drive motor and spindle motor to avoid scalding hurt.

13) Please clean the dust in the clamp frequently to avoid the router bits is loose during machining.

14) Don't put things on the DSP controller or hit it; often does antivirus to prevent files infected with the virus.

15) Please do not take steel thing close to the limit sensor during cnc router working.
