Fiber Laser: it is for laser producing; it is the laser which takes doped rare earth as the gain medium; the fiber laser is the most important part of fiber laser marking machine. So when buying a fiber laser marking machine, please ask the laser brand and specification first. 

Galvo Scanner: it can be called current meter; because its design is entirely in accordance with the design method of the current meter, just use lens replace the indicator. It is mainly used for laser marking, laser engraving and so on. The galvo scanner used on fiber laser marking machine is digital type and the spot is generally 10mm.

Filed Lens: it has other name of flat field focus lens, scanning lens or F- lens; it is mainly used for gathering the lights from galvo scanner in a plane. Please tell supplier the marking size you needed when you buying the machine; this size should be from your actual production requirement. Please do not ask for a big size because it is not the bigger the better. Only right size is the best solution for you.

Control Card: it’s function is to transform the drawings or letters we designed in software into the analog signal or digital signal, and then send to the galvo scanner.

Red Point Indicator: has another name of red pen; it’s function is to indicate the light path of 1064nm; because the 1064nm laser is invisible and the red indicator light 650nm is visible; 650nm light and 1064nm light are overlapped by beam combiner; so where is the 650nm light, where is the 1064nm light; the red pen is put in the red light beam combiner.

Beam Combiner: used for indicating the light path; because the 1064nm laser is invisible, but in the actual process of marking, we often need to know the laser focus position, in order to know the marking position.

Electronic Cabinet: all the electronic components are mounted inside it.

Computer: because the marking machine control card interface is USB, both the desktop and laptop computer can be used to control the marking machine. This is also the reason that fiber laser marking machine can be built in portable design marking machine.
