We can use blow pipe of air compressor to blow the water hoses of router spindle, please blow the inlet hose several times first; if not work, then blow the outlet hose. 

Before water doesn’t circulate, we can do more to prevent it happen.

It is not easy to find the water hose got blocked because they are inserted into the water. So you’d better to check the temperature of spindle regularly during the process of spindle working, if you find the spindle is hot, please check the water circle at once to avoid spindle damage.

Wood dust will easily fall into the water circulate system during process of engraving. With time passing, much more dust or debris fall into the water cycle and leads to water flow weak or blockage. We must eliminate the debris inside the water hoses timely when this happen. Otherwise, it will cause worse result that the bearing inside spindle motor is damage. To prevent the water hose blockage, we should replace the water timely and keep it clean all the time. And it will be better if we cover a filter on water pump outlet. In this way, it can prevent debris running into water hose of spindle to protect the spindle from being blocked. 

There are two types of cnc router spindles, water cooled and air cooled. Air cooled spindle is cooled by fan, but noise is a little larger, with low rotating speed. Water cooled spindle is high rotating speed and low noise, but we must pay attention to the water circle status and keep the water circulate system good in the process of machining.
