Gentle reminder
It’s better to mount water cooling spindles on multi spindle cnc router machine. The reason is below:
a. engraving job is time consuming, water cooling spindle can keep low temperature for longer time compared with air cooling.
b. water cooling spindle is more quiet than air cooling.
But this does not mean it can not mount air cooling spindle. With air cooling spindle, the operator should pay more attention during the machining process. And you are suggested to have a small stop every per six hours because air cooling spindle can not keep on working for more than 6 hours.

Features of six spindle wood router
1) With 6 heads, can get max. 6 pieces jobs one time. If all heads working together, working size of each head is 250 ×2500mm; if using 3 heads only, working size of each will be 500 ×2500mm; if 2 heads together, then each one working size can reach to 750×2500mm.
2) The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.
3) Fast and precise with servo motors, quiet operation. Further the motors are very smooth running and have very good acceleration and deceleration charactics.
4) Frame is welded with seamless steel structure; processed by high temperature
tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress; and it is supported by 4 legs with adjustable leveling feet.
5) Beam is made of steel. A steel beam is superior to a aluminum in it’s ability to
suppress and absorb the forces created during cutting. It is internally ribbed in order to stiffen the assembly; this design is minimizing the vibration while increasing accuracy and repeatability.
6) The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for
extremely long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by a hardened Germany rolling antibacklash ball screw.
7) The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.
8) Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/UcanCAM etc.
9) Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
