Hiwin linear bearing Type:

In general, there are two types of Hiwin linear bearings: flange linear bearing and square linear bearing. The flange type linear bearing is better for heavy moment load application than square type because of the lower assembly height and wider mounting surface. That’s why flange linear bearing is usually used on Y-axis of wood carving multi spindle cnc machines like 8 spindles and 12 spindles cnc router. 

The series HG Hiwin linear bearing is the correct one suitable for cnc router machines. HG means heavy load ball type.
