ATC CNC Router Model.EA-1530LAT is designed for panel furniture production. Linear auto tool changer is mounted under the gantry, by this design, it shorten the time of tool changing process compared with the design which mounted at the end of table. Every woodworker knows that, we must use multiple tools to finish one job of panel furniture. Each tool machining will not take long time, just several minutes. If without auto tool changer, we have to stop machine, change the tool, set origin and starts machining every time. Undoubtedly, this process will be time costly. And the result is low efficiency and low production. While, the auto tool changer optimizes this process. With it, the tools changed automatically without machine stop. This speed up the production process largely. So for panel furniture industry (also known as plate furniture) includes doors, cabinet, kitchen, office furniture, bed and so on, it’s better to use a cnc router with automatic tool changer; if want a simple operation machine, at least with pneumatic tool changer.

Features

1) Fast and precise with servo motors, quiet operation. This is a close loop servo driven system, which is a higher performing and zero maintenance system. Further the motors are very smooth running and have very good acceleration and deceleration charactics.

2) Linear style automated tool changer with 8 tool positions in total.

3) The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremly long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by means of a hardened antibacklash ball-screw.

4) The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.

5) Gantry is made of steel, unlike others who adopt aluminum materials. A steel gantry is superior to a aluminum in it’s ability to suppress and absorb the forces created during cutting.

6) Advanced Taiwan SYNTEC control system with separate keyboard and color LCD screen. It is an industrial computer.

7) All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.

8) Vacuum table with 8 vacuum zones.

9) This is 1530 cnc router, smaller size 1325 EagleTec ATC Router available also.
