Using Dynamic Balance Nut Can Prolong Spindle Service Life | FAQ
Although the spindle nut is only a small thing for a cnc router engraving machine, a lot of friends maybe do not understand its importance. The nut without balance correction will greatly shorten the service life of spindle motor and your wood router machine. Furthermore, it may cause problem of chatter mark on the engraving finish surface.

What is Dynamic balance correction?
Simply speaking, dynamic balance is to eliminate the partial sink of the nut. If the nut is partial sink, it will cause the spindle motor rotor to be partial sink; if spindle motor rotor is partial sink, the spindle will have vibration and large noise. And the final result is the spindle service life is reduced.

Any rotor that rotates around its axis produces centrifugal force due to uneven mass distribution with respect to the axis. This unbalanced centrifugal force will cause vibration of the rotor bearing, noise and accelerated wear of bearings, which will seriously affect the engraving finish and shorten service life of the spindle.
Doing dynamic balance correction for the rotor with a balancing machine can improve the mass distribution of the rotor relative to the axis, and then reduce the vibration caused by the rotation of the rotor or the vibration force acting on the bearing to the allowable range. Therefore, dynamic balancing is an essential test procedure for reducing vibration, improving performance and quality. This is why the original matching nut is good. The new nut bought from the market is noisy and accompanied by vibration.
