CNC Wood Cutter EA-W1325PATC3 is a CNC Router 1325 designed with spindle shift type tool changer. Spindle shift ATC can achieve auto tool changing function with max.4 tools. The cutter tools are changed automatically by spindle shift. This type ATC is a substitute for carousel type or linear type ATC. Compared with carousel and linear type, spindle shift type tool changer is simple and low cost. But it can do same jobs like auto tool changer machine.

It is a middle product between basic routing machine and atc cnc router.

Features

1) EagleTec-W1325PATC3 is a high performance-to-price ratio cnc router with atc, 3 spindles is mounted with 3 different kinds of engraving tools, and the tool change is achieved via spindle switched by pneumatic cylinder. 

2) The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.  
3) T-slot Vacuum table is divided into 6 vacuum areas; the material can be clamped by vacuum as well as by clamps.

4) CNC wood cutter frame is welded with seamless steel structure; processed by

vibrating stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress; and it is supported by 6 legs with adjustable leveling feet.

5) The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for

extremely long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by a hardened rolling antibacklash ball screw.

6) Each axis of motion is supported on high precision linear guide ways. Hiwin linear

guides allow for higher feed speeds and a better quality of cut. 

7) The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.

8) Well software compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3, ArtCam, UcanCAM

9) Function of re-carving after break point or power failure is available. 

10) All the linear guides and ballscrew are centrally lubricated from a central system.
