CNC routing machine EA1325SV is a basic type model of 1325 cnc router machine. The characteristic of EA-1325SV is the table design which is a perfect combination of T-slot and PVC vacuum. By this design, makes you fix work piece by clamp with no limit. In addition, it increase the performance of vacuum-sorb when need fix small work pieces. As an inexpensive cnc router, it has the most application range which can do the production jobs like: wood door, wall art dector panel, slatwall, euro-style furniture, sign cutting etc.

Features of EA-1325SV

1) Perfect table design of combination of T-slot and Vacuum table makes you fix work piece by clamp with no limit. And this design is very helpful also when you hold small work piece by vacuum sorb. Besides this type table design, other two types are available also, they are regular PVC vacuum cnc router 1325 and clamp type table cnc router 4×8. 

2) Frame is adopted T-construction which increases the machining stability of machine.

3) Beam is made of steel. A steel beam is superior to a aluminum in it’s ability to suppress

and absorb the forces created during cutting. It is internally ribbed in order to stiffen the

assembly; this design is minimizing the vibration while increasing accuracy and repeatability.   

4) The X and Y axis motion is by helical rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremly

long life and ground for a very good accuracy and fast feed speed.

5) The Z axis is driven by a hardened Germany rolling antibacklash ball screw.

6) The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one motor for each side of the gantry.

7) Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.

8) All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.

9) Package details: 1325 cnc routing machine will be fully wrapped with cling plastic to avoid rusting during shipping, and then packed into strong fumigation-free wooden case.
