Marble CNC router Model. EA-6090S is basically for purpose of stone lettering, engraving small letters or logo on marble, aluminum, granite and brass; with working size 600mm by 900mm. The difference between wood router and marble router is that the marble engraving machine has water circular cooling system for the cutter, which protects the cutter from broken and prevents the waste from sticking to the cutter. This cooling system includes a sink which can be made of steel or stainless steel.

Features

1) Marble CNC router frame is welded with seamless steel structure; processed by high vibrating stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress.

2) Beam is made of steel. A steel beam is superior to a aluminum in it’s ability to suppress and absorb the forces created during cutting.

3) The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremly long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by a hardened Germany rolling antibacklash ball screw.

4) Each axis of motion is supported on high precision square linear guide ways which allow for higher feed speeds and a better quality of cut. 

5) The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one motor for each side of the gantry.

6) Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.

7) All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.

8) Anti – dust and anti – water design on X & Y axis is protection for transmission part. 

9) Water cooling system for router bits with recycle sink on table.
