CNC vacuum pump is a necessary device for cnc router with vacuum pump table . After the material sheet is loaded on vacuum table, cnc vacuum pump will extract air from the bottom of material sheet to hold the sheet firmly. It is the theory how cnc router vacuum table works.  

CNC vacuum pump generally has two types, dry type rotary vane vacuum pump and water ring vacuum pump. The difference between them is that water ring type needs work with water or liquid while dry type need not water.

Tips on using water ring vacuum pump

1) Please make sure the water is fully in the pump before power on

2) Please make sure the motor’s rotating direction is the same as the arrow indication near the motor.
